NOTE 2 - Your training time/times are not confirmed until you have made full payment. Payment to SWISH and to 0705320640. Label the payment with your name, club affiliation and your training code(s). UNMARKED payments are not accepted!
NOTE 3 - Only fill in your full name, club affiliation and date of birth. If you change or fill in anything else in this document, you lose the right to train during the official training
NOTE 4 - Booked appointments that have not been paid as of 12:00 Wednesday 23-08-2023 will be treated as invalid and removed from the training schedule.
NOTE 5 - Changing names on two booked and paid appointments is OK provided both parties agree.
NOTE 6 - Foreign skiers without Swedish Swish can book and pay in cash to the boat operator.
